Edamame is the perfect beer snack. I first had them at a sushi resteraunt and ever since then I was hooked. We usually by them at the Asian food store in the frozen section. But I can't wait to see how they are going to taste fresh. To prepare them you have to parboil them and throw sea salt over the hulls after they are drained and comence to popping them in your mouth, sucking the thick skin of salt and pushing the soybeans into your mouth; delicious!! Especially with a Cold Beer.
